The service is programmed to automatically answer telephone calls from the company, with personalized messages "Welcome" or a "menu of options" to choose the department and forwarded directly to the extension or a predefined group of extensions.
 

This automatic answering service is placed on the telephonic central through analog extensions and programmed according to the schedules of the company that may have.
 

 

Each mode can have distinct messages, to inform the service schedules or give the options to forward the message to an external number, voice mail options or ask to be contacted again later.
 

All custom messages are recorded by professional media broadcasters recognized by the Portuguese media and natives of other countries to ensure the other languages. The client can always select the voice and its always invited to participate in recordings.

- Up to 16 communication channels;
- Several answering periods, with different messages, such as:  Daytime, Night (closed), Lunch Break, Weekend and Holidays;
- Personalized messages to all the answering periods;
- Professional media broadcasters;
- Possibility of messages in up to 5 languages;
- Up to 9 different menu options concerning call redirecting to departments and 2 sub-menus;
- Optional: Customized Phone Holding;
- Optional: Voicemail activation;
- Optional: Remote controlling via Internet;
- Optional: Redirecting to outside numbers.
